Group Fitness Classes
We have an extensive schedule with a comprehensive array of fitness classes designed for all levels of fitness.
Classes are held either in the Upper Level Studio (*US) or Lower Level Studio (*LS)
All classes are FREE for our members. NON-MEMBERS class fee ($10)

Express 30/30 with Licia
This class combines a half hour of cardio and a half hour of strength training. *U.S.

Hatha Yoga with Rajeshree *U.S.
5:30 p.m. – 6:30 p.m.
Cardio: Upper and Lower with Paul
A high energy class that combines cardio and strength training focusing on upper and lower body. *U.S.
6:35 p.m. - 7:30 p.m.
Hatha Yoga with Rajeshree
Release the stress from your hectic day and practice the fundamentals of yoga as you focus on posture and form. Everyone will enjoy this class. *U.S.
