Group Fitness Classes

We have a comprehensive array of fitness classes designed for all levels of fitness.

Classes are held either in the Upper Level Studio or Lower Level Studio 

All classes are FREE for our V.I.P. and Elite members. NON-MEMBERS class fee is $10

Monday

Paul

9:15 a.m.–10:15 a.m.
Express 30/30 with Licia                       
Upper Studio                                                 This class combines a half hour of cardio and a half hour of strength training. 

12:00 p.m. – 1:00 p.m.                          Hatha Yoga with Rajeshree                    Lower Studio                                            Release the stress from your hectic day and practice the fundamentals of yoga as you focus on posture and form. Everyone will enjoy this class. 

5:30 p.m. – 6:30 p.m.
Cardio: Upper and Lower with Paul  Upper Studio                                                                  
A high energy class that combines cardio and strength training focusing on upper and lower body. 

6:35 p.m. - 7:30 p.m.
Hatha Yoga with Rajeshree                      Lower Studio
    Release the stress from your hectic day and practice the fundamentals of yoga as you focus on posture and form. Everyone will enjoy this class. 


Tuesday

9:30 a.m.–10:30 a.m.                                                                Cross Train to the MAX with Paul                                                Upper Studio
     Energy class, which is designed for intermediate and advances levels.

5:30 p.m. - 6:25 p.m.                                                                Total Body Conditioning with Renee                                 Upper Studio

his class is designed to work your entire body. Expect to challenge yourself using core conditioning, cardio drills, strength training, circuit training and much more.                                                                                

 6:30 p.m.– 7:30 p.m.                                                              Zumba Step with Sue                                                             Upper Studio
      Combines all aspects of Zumba by incorporating Zumba step variations while providing a phenomenal aerobic hour long party.

Body Sculpt with Paul                    Upper Studio                                                 
An exhilirating workout that concentrates strictly on toning of all your muscles using free weights, stability balls, steps or simply your own body weight. 


Thursday

Interval Training with Liz                                                       Lower Studio
     A heart pumping cardio workout combining sculpting moves in timed intervals. 

9:30 a.m.–10:30 a.m.
Dance Mix with Paul                                                                Lower Studio
     This fun dance inspired workout will awaken the dancer within you. No prior dance experience is necessary. Fun for all levels. 


6:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m.
Cross Train to the Max with Paul                                         Lower Studio
      You name it, Paul does it! This is a very high-energy class, which is designed for intermediate and advances levels. 

6:30 p.m.– 7:30 p.m.
Zumba with Sue                                                                        Upper Studio
      Zumba fuses hypnotic Latin rhythms and easy to follow moves to create a dynamic fitness program that will blow you away!

       Designed to get you into shape fast. This Class works your entire body. Expect to challenge yourself. You will be using core conditioning, cardio drills, strength training, circuit training and much, much more. This class is designed for all age groups and for all fitness levels. 


Saturday

9:15 a.m. - 10:15 a.m.                                                              Intro to Pilates with Jocelyn                                                 Upper Studio                                                                                                  A very effective hour for those who want to focus on core strength, flexibility and balance.  

9:30 a.m. - 10:30 a.m.
Circuit Training  with Renee                                                 Upper Studio                                                                                                 
Circuit training targets cardio and muscular endurance simultaneously. Work through a series of high-medium intensity exercises to burn fat and sculpt muscle. Exercises are performed for either a set time or number of reps, with little or no rest between exercises.

10:30 a.m. – 11:30 a.m.                                                         Zumba with Catherine                                                                Upper Studio
     Zumba fuses hypnotic Latin rhythms and easy to follow moves to create a dynamic fitness program that will blow you away!
