Adult & Youth (14 year & up) Group Strength Training and Conditioning

Strength is fundamental to good health and sports performance. During this session, individuals will participate in circuit strength training and a variety of other conditioning activities at their own ability level.

2:30pm-3:30pm | 3:30pm-4:30pm | 5:00-6:00pm | 6:00-7:00pm

Group Training/Bootcamp with Paul

Thursdays 10:45-11:45am (6weeks) $120.00 +HST

Add variety to your workouts, burn more calories, tone up body muscles and increase your body strength. Have a better understanding of the equipment in order to maximize your workouts!

Focus on a total body workout including strengthening and toning of the muscles, flexibility, balance, abs and core. Avoid injuries and maximize your workouts!
