Fitness boxing is also a great aerobic exercise. Aerobic exercise gets your heart pumping and helps lower the risk of high blood pressure, heart disease, stroke, and diabetes. It can strengthen bones and muscles, burn more calories, and lift mood.
Oakville National Fitness offers six classes per week, with three different amazing instructors. We offer convinent times like 10:00am-11:00am as well as 6:30pm-7:30pm. We also offer specific boxing classes for youth.
But that's not all, Oakville National Fitness also offers 1-on-1 personal boxing lessons, as well as the opportunity for you to use the boxing equipement on your own for a small monthly fee.
