Swimming is a fabulous workout!

Swimming is beneficial for the body as well as the mind. Joints receive very little impact, however memebers still receive an effective cardio and mucular exercise. Our pool allows members to relax and step away from the fast passed workout facility. 

Join our swim instructor Beth for some amazing swim classes for yourself or your children, or simply use the pool on your own for an amazing light intensity workout.
